This culture is perfectly suited to Greek style yogurts or yogurts where a high viscosity is desired.
This is a freeze-dried culture best stored at -18ºC.
DESCRIPTION: This culture produces a fast acidification with a high viscosity for set yogurts. This product contains lactose derived from milk, meaning it isn't suitable for vegans.
