Annatto for food - a food grade, bright yellow, natural colour, used for colouring cheeses.
This annatto is in a highly concentrated form and is packed in special 25ml 'dropper' bottles for accurate dosing. Other sizes - 50ml, 100ml - are also available in dropper bottles, as well as a 1 litre bottle.
Suitable for Vegans.
Store bottles in a cool dark place but do not refrigerate. Once opened use within 6 months.
