Food grade Citric Acid is a vital component for the production of cheeses such as Mozzarella.

This product contains no additives and is in granular form. This Citric Acid is Mono-Hydrate.

Citric Acid is also a useful component for the production of fruit cordials (e.g. Elderflower) and as a cookery ingredient to add an acidic bite to citrus flavours.
