This wrap is perfect for cheeses and since it is opaque will allow any outer coatings e.g. chives or peppercorns, to be partially visible, giving the product enhanced sales appeal. It is designed with dairy products in mind e.g. cheeses, butter etc. although it is also perfect for wrapping meat products too, including burgers, mince, steak etc.

It is also used to wrap other foodstuffs such as cooked products, pies, confectionery and sweets - the list is endless!

The wrapping material is manufactured from acid-free parchment that is coated with HDPE (high density ethylene-hexene copolymer) to make it suitable for food packaging - it also meets the stringent FDA regulation 177.1520 for materials in contact with foodstuffs.

The opaque nature of the wrap enables the food to be identified without allowing light degradation.

Pack contains 100 sheets (approx.) of opaque food wrap, with each sheet measuring a generous 10 inches x 15 inches (250 x 380mm).
