The innovative “L” shaped blade, combined with the handle at two different heights and the perfect sharpening allows direct cutting of a cheese wheel in a precise, quick and easy way, without waste. Thanks to the different heights of the handles, you are able to perfectly cut into portions the wheels, without cutting it before into two halves.  The graduated scale on the blade helps you to easily find the centre of the wheel.

 Stainless steel blade, satin finish.
