This food-wrap is manufactured from Kraft paper that is then treated by being waxed on one side only. When used for wrapping dairy and other food products, it allows them to 'breathe' whilst still affording protection against dust, dirt and flies etc. and also prevents any drying out.

The wrap is perfect for cheeses and since it is opaque will allow any outer coatings e.g. chives or peppercorns, to be partially visible, giving the product enhanced sales appeal.

The wrapping measures 250mm square, so is ideal for wrapping cheese prior to fitting in our wooden cheese boxes.

There are approx. 100 sheets per pack and most customers prefer to use the wrap with the waxed face against the food - this then allows labels to be affixed.
