Suitable for large scale Kefir production. One sachet will inoculate up to 1000 litres of milk.

Although similar to yogurt, Kefir will become a slightly alcoholic drink if the culture is allowed to continue beyond the ‘yogurt stage’. This culture is a blend of aromatic mesophilic strains, type LD and a thermophilic strain and yeast. Produces a high texture kefir with medium co2 and yeast.
