This Penicillium Candidum (white mould) liquid is available in bottled form and is suitable for vegan cheeses. Each bottle contains 10 doses of P. Candidum. Typical dosage levels are 5 doses per 1000L of milk. It is primarily used in the production of surface ripened soft cheese such as Brie and Camembert.

The unopened mould will keep for up to 12 months from the production date when stored in a freezer. Optimum storage temperature is -18C.
