We supply a range of cheese moulds that are all manufactured from special 'Dairythene' plastic for easy sterilisation. This particular mould comes with a follower and is contains micro-perforated holes for easy drainage.

This mould is rectangular and is a perfect block mould for Feta and Mozzarella. The measurements are 230mm x 105mm x 130mm and this mould will make a cheese of around 2.5kg.
