Phenolphthalein indicator (Can be used in conjunction with the Acidometer Kit).
This Phenolphthalein is presented as a 0.5% solution and is used as the indicator when testing the acidity during the cheesemaking process.
Sizes available are 25ml 50ml, 100ml dropper bottles and 500ml heavy duty bottle.
Various sizes of N/9 sodium hydroxide (titrant) are also available.
